The Robinson Museum (located directly behind Center House) was made possible through a bequest by Florence Himes-Robinson and is the official Museum of Elk County.
The Museum exhibition features historical artifacts and a vast archive of photographs representing 200 years of local history, a collection of Victorian clothing, and documents concerning the early history of Elk County. Robinson Museum also hosts administrative offices, a bookstore, and a geology room.
You can also visit the Center House, an Italianate Victorian home built in 1882 by James H. Ross. The home contains period furnishings and is open to visitors FREE of charge.
