The mission of this Museum is the preservation and conservation of its holdings and the beautiful Beaux Arts building it occupies, which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Presenting science and technology instruction to students and creating opportunities for the public to enjoy art and musical programs.
The Museum is vitally involved in the region's cultural and economic growth by collaborating with private, local and state agencies.
