Scandia Community Center and Museum, managed by the Elk Township Historical Society, is a historic one-room school with artifacts and old photos of their education and rural life. It is the only one that opens for public tours and is located on the Downtown Scandia Intersection (3794 Cole Hill Rd. in Russell).
Local historian Julie Boozer will tell about rural life in Scandia. The Scandia Community Museum is one of the few historical museums in Warren County.
