Tidioute Overlook provides dramatic views of the Allegheny River and the town of Tidioute from two vantage points. The Allegheny River was designated a national Wild & Scenic River in 1987 and is very popular for fishing and canoeing.
The Tidioute Overlook is located off of Township Road 3005 (locally known as 337). A gravel-surfaced walking path leads to the two viewpoints. This area is closed during the winter season. (Degree of difficulty = more difficult.)
The picnic area offers three picnic tables, pedestal grills, and accessible vault restroom facilities.
