Linesville

Linesville is a charming community located in Northwestern Pennsylvania on Historic U.S. Route 6 in western Crawford County. This historic borough is located approximately 30 miles south of Lake Erie, 80 miles east of Cleveland, and 100 miles north of Pittsburgh.

Linesville is home to Pymatuning Lake, the Linesville Fish Hatchery, and the Pymatuning Wildlife Learning Center. It is most famous for the Linesville Spillway, which gives Linesville its famous moniker as the place "Where the Ducks Walk on the Fish."

Linesville is widely known for its excellent hunting and fishing opportunities. It hosts many restaurants, taverns, shops, churches, and civic buildings, including our proudly held Linesville High School, home of the Linesville Lions.

South of Linesville on Hartstown Road is the Linesville Fish Hatchery, a fun place for people of all ages to learn about fish cultivation and get close up and personal with the fish in the observation tank.
