The Wagner-Bentel House is the only duplex that the Harmonists built. It was made for two sisters, the Wagners and the Bentel families.
One chimney is built in the center of the structure, allowing two fireplaces to open into two rooms on the ground floor.
Again, the structure is similar to the architectural style that the members had seen when living in Germany, with a door opening into the garden rather than onto the street. The doors leading to the street were added later.
