Operated by Dr. Nelson more than a hundred years ago, this quaint two-room doctor's office.
The doctor's office was initially located at 2460 U.S. Route 30 in Greene Township and was donated to the South Side Historical Village Association by Pharon (Kip) Almacy.
The building's relocation to the Hookstown fairgrounds took place on June 4, 2011.
